Strive seeks a Client Services Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas and contribute to the development of a premium wealth management experience. The Client Service Group is dedicated to delivering operational excellence to our clients while supporting Advisors in managing relationships. This role is central to creating a seamless, high-quality service experience that enables advisors to focus on growth.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close accounts, manage cash flows, oversee client reporting, and respond promptly to client inquiries to ensure a smooth client service experience.
- Use and audit client reporting software, with proficiency in Envestnet Tamarac, to ensure accurate and timely reports.
- Understand asset allocation principles and the investment strategies employed by Strive to better support client and advisor interactions.
- Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database with accurate client information to facilitate streamlined communication and tracking.
- Create professional presentations and communications tailored to client needs and inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to account maintenance, cash management, distributions, and investment reporting, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership, wealth advisors, financial planners, and internal departments to ensure client requests are executed in line with defined service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with custodians, vendors, client contacts, and service providers to enhance client experience and support.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed on current industry standards and regulations, implementing best practices in all client service activities, and liaising with compliance teams to address any issues.
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, especially when dealing with new challenges or unfamiliar software tools
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working in investment advisory, asset management, or a financial services company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and custodian platforms (particularly Charles Schwab Advisor Center) is a plus. Experience with Envestnet Tamarac is required.
