We are seeking a talented and versatile Sales Operations Analyst, who has 2-4 years of work experience, is a motivated self-starter, and is passionate about helping Strive achieve its mission. As part of our fast-paced, startup environment, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team with developing sales strategy, generating leads, managing sales data, and monitoring the sales funnel. If you are data-driven with a passion for process optimization and a desire to grow personally and professionally while helping to restore free market capitalism, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through account research, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Schedule and lead all operations for the Sales team.
- Prepare sales and investor-related material including memos, presentations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and finance, to streamline processes and optimize sales operations.
- Assist on projects and initiatives inside and/or outside of the assigned area, department, or business unit, as needed.
- Summarize key findings, trends, and recommendations in clear and concise presentations for team.
- Gather and analyze data to forecast future sales growth and inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or relevant field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively.
- ”Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Position will be in office at Strive’s headquarters in Dublin, OH
