We are seeking a talented graphic designer to help bring our brand to life through visual storytelling and who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about Strive’s mission and restoring free market capitalism.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, videos, and social media assets.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website graphics and illustrations to enhance the user experience.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Generate innovative design concepts and ideas to elevate our brand image and message.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design best practices into our work

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience/interest in using AI tools to increase design capabilities and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH
