Role: Paralegal

Location: Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness
Assisting with KYC queries and managing onboarding and account opening process with external brokers and vendors
Reviewing and processing standard or less complicated documents such as NDAs, vendor agreements, and engagement letters
Assisting with departmental admin, including arranging for document signing, filing and managing billing matters
Providing other support to the team, including legal research and proof reading
Assisting with company secretarial matters

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and managerial expertise
A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred
